Villa Taranto is named for the garden in Italy where it was discovered. Beautiful thin and elongated red lobes grace this beautiful tree, with an effect not unlike a red bamboo. This variety is similar to Beni Otake, with the latter being a skosh less prone to dieback in harsh Winters.
