Labrador Violet

I was fortunate to have a few pieces of this beautiful violet take hold in the front bed. In Spring, small little purple heart shaped leaves appear with dainty violet blue flowers. Many folks consider this an aggressive plant, but it is fairly slow and restrained in my garden, popping up from little runners and occasionally seed.
