Morton 644-1 is a beautiful cross between the Vine Maple Acer circinatum and Acer palmatum. Rounded leaves are similar to a full moon maple with thicker, heavier substance. Moderate growth rate. Oval form or shape. Leaves are a distinctive reddish cast in Spring going to a nice dark green for Summer. Beautiful bright red Fall color.
