Acer palmatum
This variety is known for yellow and green striped bark. My particular plant seems to just be a tremendously shiny chartreuse to gold, very solid and bright, with very tiny flecking of white. I almost wonder if the entire bark on my plant isn't the gold typically seen in the striations on others, as I do not fertilize and keep things very lean. The name translates to golden prosperity, due to the bright gold Fall color. The leaves in Spring are light green with a distinctive purple red border. Lovely plant.
