Ruby de Sofia

This beautiful variegated cultivar leafs out in Spring with soft pink variegation with a relatively translucent leaf. Paired with wine red stems, the effect is striking. The variety is supposed to develop knobs that are ruby red, which is part of the name reference. This also has remarkable red Fall color. Angel Mendoza named this variety for his daughter Sofia.
